Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. In order to respect both our clients and stylists, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee for haircuts and $100 fee for any color service. We understand life happens and things can come up unexpectedly so if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we completely understand. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may be shortened to respect the next scheduled client. Frequent no shows or cancellations may be asked to pay full service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone.
